In this agreement, the terms "Hailsham Airport Taxi," "we," or "us" refer to the service provider, while "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a reservation with us.

Booking

2.1 It is your responsibility to allocate sufficient time for your journey, ensuring timely arrival, especially for airport transfers where adherence to specific flight check-in times is crucial. Hailsham Airport Taxi will not be held responsible for delays resulting from your failure to allocate adequate time for reaching your destination or being ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

2.2 You are responsible for choosing a vehicle of suitable size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. Hailsham Airport Taxi does not guarantee the carriage of an excessive amount of luggage, and it's essential to note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 If wheelchair access is needed, please specify this when making your booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Quotes provided by Hailsham Airport Taxi are based on the information you provide. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged separately if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quoted price includes a 45-minute waiting period after the designated landing time, along with airport parking charges. Any waiting time exceeding this limit will be subject to standard Hailsham Airport Taxi waiting rates. While we make efforts to monitor flight details and adjust our service for delays, such adjustments are not obligatory.

3.3 Upon acceptance of a quote from us, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Hailsham Airport Taxi of any errors may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be held liable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or by debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any soiling, damage, or adverse impact on the vehicle caused by passengers may result in cleaning fees.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

4.3 All children in the vehicle should be appropriately restrained according to their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not allowed to carry more passengers than permitted by our licensing or insurance.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Hailsham Airport Taxi, please notify us as soon as possible. If a vehicle is canceled after dispatch, a charge will be applied based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 If you booked through our online system and canceled before dispatch, there may be a charge levied on the original payment.

Liability

6.1 While Hailsham Airport Taxi endeavors to ensure punctual arrivals at your destination, we are not liable for losses incurred due to delays beyond our control. Under no circumstances does Hailsham Airport Taxi accept liability for any losses suffered by you or your business.

6.2 You assume all risk for your luggage.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown during your journey with Hailsham Airport Taxi, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle for you to complete your journey as promptly as possible.

6.4 You agree not to hold Hailsham Airport Taxi liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any act or omission by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter that is unenforceable under applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is put at risk by you or any other passenger through abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Hailsham Airport Taxi may delegate its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You are not permitted to assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Hailsham Airport Taxi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please review these terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle and process information according to the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Hailsham Airport Taxi and yourself.

8.5 No part of these terms and conditions is intended to confer any benefit to a third party. No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless otherwise stipulated in writing.

Disputes

Any disagreement or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims and disputes made after this timeframe will not be entertained by Hailsham Airport Taxi.
